We guarantee the equipment and/or fixtures that we supply and install in your home will perform as we have stated. If any equipment or fixture, that we supply, fails during normal use in the first year, with the exception of light bulbs, we will either repair or replace the item at no charge to you.

We are committed to providing the best service possible and want you to be 100% satisfied with your decision to call us. If our technicians smoke or swear in your home, are not respectful of your property or leave your home without cleaning up, you do not pay for the service.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we have provided, we will make the corrections at no charge.  If a repair fails during the first year after the completion date, we will repair it again absolutely free.

We guarantee the workmanship on your electrical panel and main service replacement project for a period of 3 years. If your new panel or service gives you any trouble at any time during that period, we will repair the problem free of charge. We guarantee that the materials used will be as specified and up to the electrical code in your area. Become a Home Protection Plan Member and we will extend the warranty on electrical service installations for as long as you are a plan member. It is the ULTIMATE extended warranty plan.
